Supporting our clients to optimize their information systems

JOVACO offers an ongoing support service for the softwares it sells. In addition to responding to technical questions, our team responds to questions concerning management, accounting, and project accounting in order to help our customers maximize the use of their system.

To ensure quality service, a procedure has been established to manage incoming customer service calls and the opening, assignment, closing and follow-up of incidents. All interventions that occur during this procedure are documented by the consultants involved.

JOVACO offers different support programs to adjust to the particular needs of its customers. Our support plan is developed on the basis of the number of users, the desired response time, and the frequency of calls.
