Convincing people that the new system is better can be a challenge. Change can also create hang-ups. But by pulling up historical data and sorting it, JOVACO really made our lives easier. They kept everyone very well trained, and continue to offer support whenever it is needed. It has certainly made it much easier for our staff to adapt.
