Training is offered to employees who will be using the new system on a regular basis as well as to management staff who wish to understand and monitor the use of new system. Training sessions are given by management consultants and revolve around the operation of the system, while focusing on methods to optimize the use of this new resource. These sessions are presented by qualified trainers with CA certification and/or Microsoft certified as well as many years in IT management expertise. These sessions are offered on-site, in-group and online.

JOVACO’s training is accredited by Emploi-Quebec under the Act to Foster the Development of Manpower Training; a government employment strategy intended to improve worker skills and qualifications.
