The Project Control module is the core of the project-based ERP system, Project Suite.

Integrated to Microsoft Business Solutions - Dynamics GP and Small Business Financials ERP solutions, the Project Control module allows you to control budget costs, to monitor the progress of current projects, to manage project modifications, to optimize resources, to oversee inter-company projects, to evaluate employee performance, to account for products, as well as to reduce operating and administrative costs.

 



The Cost Estimation module allows custom manufacturing firms to estimate the cost of their projects in a very detailed and precise manner. This module facilitates the preparation of quotations with a large quantity of products and services. This module offers a standard catalogue that includes different item types: raw materials, labour, sub-contractor, compound products (recipes), sections and standard sub-sections, and others.

This module allows you to easily configure the compound products (recipes), all in offering the flexibility that allows you to respect the established work methods. The defined recipes in the catalogue can be adjusted in relation to the specific needs of the project, simply and instantly, allowing you to create an estimate with realistic and precise costs.
