Language Code Maintenance This application
developed by JOVACO allows users to maintain two
language codes and produce documents in the client’s
and the supplier’s language. Even if you
work in English, you can produce documents in
French for a French-speaking client or supplier.
Conversely, if you work in French, you can produce
documents in English.
The default language codes are French and English.
However by translating the Jovaco.dic file, users
will be able to work with any combination of languages:
English/Spanish, English/German, German/French,
etc. This utility will improve your communication
with your clients and vendors by allowing you
to product sales or purchase documents in the
language of either your client or vendor.
Additional Descriptions
Do you need additional lines to enter an item
description? This utility lets you enter several
description lines in either language. Descriptions
may be printed on sale and purchase documents
in your client’s and vendor’s language.
Payroll Batch Consolidation
To facilitate the transfer of payroll batches
to the bank, JOVACO has developed a utility that
will allow you to consolidate all payroll batches.
Rather than transferring each batch individually,
companies that generate more than one payroll
batch per period can consolidate all generated
batches into a single batch and make a single
bank transfer for direct deposit processing.
If a company manages several companies, it is
also possible to consolidate all batches from
each company into one batch and to make a single
bank transfer for direct deposit processing.
