Project Suite is the project-based ERP solution that allows you to manage all your business operations based on a simple and uniform management process throughout your company. Project Suite is an integrated modular system that responds to the needs of professional service firms as well as construction or manufacturing firms.

Project Suite provides you the control to define the management rules and parameters for each project; you can manage by revenue-generating departments as well as the subdivision that contributes to its structure. For example, you may manage by project administrative services, proposals, employee benefits as well as client projects.

The Project Control module is the core of the project-based ERP system Project Suite.

Integrated to Microsoft Business Solutions - Dynamics GP and Small Business Financials ERP solutions, the Project Control module allows you to control budget costs, to monitor the progress of current projects, to manage project modifications, to optimize resources, to oversee inter-company projects, to evaluate employee performance, to account for products, as well as to reduce operating and administrative costs.

 



The Professional Invoicing module, integrated to Project Suite, allows users to generate invoices based on four basic invoicing methods: time and material, contract price based on work progress, contract price based on a schedule, and cost plus percentage. As a result of the functionalities of this module, users can also choose to invoice several projects, or only part of a project on a single invoice. In addition, for a time and material billing type, you can divide the project depending on the different presentation models in order to respond to the specific needs of the client.

This module is fully integrated to the Dynamics GP Receivables Management and the JOVACO Project Control modules and therefore it generates accounts receivable transactions, allocates the transactions and distributes the charges to projects. This integration ensures that the posted transaction corresponds exactly to the invoiced transaction. It also retrieves relevant project information to be included in an invoice, thus eliminating double entry of data, speeding up data processing and reducing the risk of errors.
 



Fully integrated to Project Suite, the Time and Expense (TEDI) module allows each employee to enter his/her time and expenses which are then distributed directly to the Project Control and/or Payroll modules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

This module can be used by employees from any operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix or MacOS 10) and users can enter their timesheet and expense report over the Internet and then transfer it online to the company’s management system.

TEDI is customizable and it will allow different control levels to be defined in the software in order to adjust itself to the internal management rules of your company. The administrator in TEDI can access all the control features directly from the Project Control module.

 



This module was developed for the efficient management of realized projects of professional service firms. This Estimate and Control module allows you to define the project parameters and create an estimate on costs, and if applicable, a billable value for the project.

Once the estimate is approved, it can be converted into a project, accompanied with its budget details, allowing you to be in control of the costs. It will also allow you to allocate the required resources and to ensure a follow-up of the resource planning.
This module also allows you to measure the progress of your projects by providing the actual progress and estimation percentage to be completed corresponding to the portion utilized in your budgets and offering you as well in real-time, a true portrait of your budgetary situation of your projects.
 



Access to comprehensive and practical reports is crucial for project managers. As the majority of the project coordinators now have access to email and the Internet, the Control Reports module will enable users to create personalized reports in batches by project coordinator/manager, and to automatically send them by email to those in charge. Project managers will also be able to create reports that they have access to directly from the web.

With a production scheduler, report creation and emailing can be done automatically. In addition to ensuring that all the personnel in charge will receive their reports, the schedule feature will help avoid burdening your company server by setting the processing to occur outside of office hours, during lunch time, or overnight.
