As part of your responsibilities, you would be providing consulting services for the implementation of the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics GP. You would be responsible for analyzing the client’s needs, occasionally assisting the marketing team with their requests as well as the implementation of a project accounting solution, Project Suite. You must also available for travel outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate implementation activities with clients and internal staff
• Provide training to new users
• Participate in the migration to new versions
• Assist the customer support team
• Participate occasionally in sales and/or marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Experience in business administration, accounting, management information systems, or other similar experience
• Knowledge of financial accounting or management applications (such as ERP)
• Experience in implementing ERP solutions
• Excellent understanding of organizations financial operations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
• Asset: Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Asset: Accounting title

Additional Requirements:

• Bilingual
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently

Under the supervision of the CRM Director, you responsibilities would include to provide consulting services for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, participate in the complete implementation cycle of the solution (needs analysis, design, implementation, configuration, training) and participate in the data conversion from the client’s current system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Interacting with all departments, you will need to have an aptitude for training new users on the application, occasionally assist the customer support or marketing teams or participate in sales and/or marketing activities.

Due to the need to analyze customer needs, to simultaneously manage several projects and to coordinate implementation activities with your clients and internal staff, you must therefore possess sound organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

The candidate should have expertise in the following areas:

• Essential: Customer Relationship Management applications
• Essential: Experience in implementing CRM solutions
• Essential: Excellent understanding of the sales, marketing and after-sales services processes in a business environment
• Essential: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
• Asset: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification

Special Requirements:

• Education: Training in business administration, accounting, management information systems or other similar experience
• Required languages: English and French
• Work experience: 2 to 5 years would be an asset
