Way more than just a timesheet

The time and expense module TEDI allows to enter data from anywhere in the world and regardless of the operating system of the work station (Windows, Linux, Unix, MacOs). Aside from the easy data entry, TEDI offers project management and resource planning functions as well as simple or complex approval procedures.

Integrated in the project-based management software package JOVACO Project Suite, TEDI is a Web application that allows each resource to allocate its time, expenses, and internal costs directly to the modules Project Costs or Payroll. This guarantees the integrity of your data and allows you to produce meaningfull reports on the productivity and profitability of your projects.

TEDI also offers great flexibility during data entry. It displays the projects in hierarchical tree form (like Windows Explorer) by project or by department while complying with rules on the allocation of resources and the loaning of personnel between departments.

Project managers and service managers can approve the time and expenses of their staff. The module also allows project managers to track the time and expense entries, including their real-time status, on a daily basis.  They can also review the estimate and the planning of their projects.

Highly customizable, TEDI allows to adjust the levels of control in order to adapt the software to the management rules of your company.
