The Web Reports application enables Project Managers to review information and track the statuses of all their projects that are currently in-progress. These reports are accessible via the Web and Project Managers can interactively monitor and pull out information and reports concerning their projects. They can also save their search criteria as a template to avoid the need to re-create the same filters, which enables Project Managers to have access to project information in a more timely manner. Once the report is created, users can export it in various formats according to the purpose for which this report is intended, for example: Acrobat (PDF) or Excel (XLS).
Subscription Manager will automatically send specific reports and will push the data to the designated users according to their predefined schedules and enable Project Managers to receive up-to-date reports. This tool will ensure that information will be sent to all Managers in order to help them react to any changes quickly on their most time-sensitive projects.

The security for the Web Reports is transparent, as users will only have access to information from projects under their responsibilities. Based on the roles defined in Project Control, the system provides data unique to the individual who queries the report(s), regardless if it is a department or project manager.
