JOVACO ACQUIRES ML3
May 2010
Montreal, May 18, 2010 - JOVACO Solutions, a leader in management systems and reseller of the enterprise solution Microsoft Dynamics, is proud to announce the acquisition of the ML3 Solutions d'affaires, a consulting firm in Quebec City, who also specializes in management systems.
"JOVACO's client base was present all across Quebec and the acquisition of ML3 now allows us to have a permanent office in Quebec City" explains Jean-Claude Coutu, CA President of JOVACO. This acquisition has enabled the JOVACO team to increase the number of highly qualified Consultants and Programmers, in addition to the numerous years of experience already obtained in implementing, developing, consulting and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP.
JOVACO has continued to grow over the past couple of years and this addition of more consultants within the different regions of Quebec will benefit both ML3's and JOVACO's customers base. "This acquisition will allow our organization to establish its presence as a leader in Quebec for Microsoft Dynamics implementations" adds Coutu.
Michel Leclerc, CA-TI, President of ML3, is looking forward to seeing JOVACO continue to offer the same services that were initiated by his organization. "With a similar corporate culture, I am very confident that JOVACO will put forward a smooth transition to ML3's current customers and employees. This acquisition will in turn be reflected positively among all those affected" confirms Leclerc.
As well as adding new competencies with the acquisition of ML3, JOVACO has increased their number of consultants in Quebec. The Quebec City office will be overseen by Francois Hamel, CGA, a Senior Consultant with over twenty years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP. « Back to the news list |

“We considered other systems but Project Suite was the only one that met all of our needs. We estimate that Project Suite has enabled us to save about 50% in administrative staff. Our business figures have almost doubled in the last 15 years, yet the quantity of resources assigned to administrative tasks remains the same.”
