Thanks to the integration between the sales, service and operations teams, these clients reported an improvement of their efficiency, business visibility, user experience, and productivity. Moreover, their license and IT costs decreased, and they are now able to evolve the solution along with their growth at a lesser price point. The adoption of Business Central was also particularly beneficial during the pandemic, as users were able to remotely access features and data.
Forrester’s analysis uncovered the following benefits:
- Benefits of $466K US versus costs of $178K US over 3 years, representing a net value of $288K US and a ROI of 162%;
- A decrease of 10% of staff needs while still allowing firms to continue their growth;
- An improvement of 8% of operational efficiency, allowing employees to focus on high-value tasks;
- An elimination of $44K US over 3 years for third-party report and analysis solutions thanks to native Business Central and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Power BI;
- $40K US in additional cot savings by migrating from an on-premises to a cloud solution.
This is not to mention non quantifiable benefits such as the integration to Microsoft solutions, improved user experience, and increased user confidence in the data and processes of the solution. As such, Forrester’s report validates the experiences of firms that have implemented Business Central with actual data.
