New Timesheet Features for Project-Based Firms
At JOVACO, we develop our products in partnership with our clients. This ensures they meet the actual needs of professional services firms and project-based firms. We continuously improve the various modules of JOVACO Project to increase their functionality and make them more user-friendly. As such, our timesheet and expense report application, TEDI Time and expenses, benefited from a few improvements this year based on our clients’ feedback.
Here are the improvements our clients can now take advantage of:
Leave requests and approvals
This new feature lets users place and modify leave and vacation requests easily, directly from their timesheet. Leaves are then added automatically to their timesheet, improving visibility on upcoming employee availabilities. Project managers then have access to these requests directly from the application. Mobile version available
Available for the first time this year, a mobile version now offers essential TEDI features from anywhere. Users can enter their time and expenses and access their planned activities directly from their mobile device. They can then submit their timesheets and expense reports in a single click. Other developments
Other improvements have also been made to facilitate the use of TEDI. It is now possible to block certain hour types for users and to filter activities and resources in the delegation to improve navigation within the application. This further reduces the risk of errors and allows users to quickly find what they need.
