Tax Update Available Soon for Microsoft Dynamics GP

June 2, 2021

A mid-year tax update will be available soon for the Microsoft Dynamics GP Canadian payroll module, reflecting provincial changes effective in New Brunswick. Microsoft is planning on releasing this update during the week of June 14, 2021.

These changes apply only to companies that have employees in New Brunswick:

No changes were made at the federal level or other provinces. If you do not have any employees in New Brunswick, it is not necessary to proceed with the installation of this update.

As announced previously, the support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 and 2016 R2 will end on July 13, 2021. If you are still using Dynamics GP 2016 or 2016 R2, it’s your last tax update before your migration to Dynamics GP 18.3 as soon as possible in order to benefit from updates and new features.
