About the role
The Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Consultant actively participates in all phases of the implementation cycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform, following best practices for deploying and configuring solutions for clients. The main objective of the Senior CRM Consultant is to conceptualize the optimal solution to meet the client’s needs, analyze the client’s business processes, and take charge of more complex implementations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document the client’s business processes and identify gaps to address in order to offer the best possible solution.
- Install and configure the solution based on the analysis document, while adhering to industry standards.
- Design internal training documents for the client and train them to become super users of the new system in place.
- Support the client throughout the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation phases to ensure their understanding of the newly implemented processes.
- Collaborate with the client service team and resolve more complex cases.
- Work closely with other consultants at JOVACO to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 Sales with all the client’s existing products.
- Participate in project estimations with the sales team.
- Assist the sales team during presentations of our custom solution, participating by demonstrating not only the features but also the customization options.
Qualifications and skills
EDUCATION
- College diploma (DEC) in Administration or any other relevant field.
EXPERIENCE
- 8 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional travel to clients’ locations.
SKILLS
- Demonstrate behaviors that reflect JOVACO’s values: authenticity, humanism, reliability, and know-how.
- Have a good understanding of CRM and overall management applications.
- PL-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230 certifications (an asset).
- Teaching skills for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales environment.
- Excellent oral (presentation) and written communication skills (French and English).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly build trust, active listening skills.

- Good knowledge of the IT sector in Quebec.
