About the role

The Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Consultant actively participates in the configuration, testing, training, and production phases of optimization solutions for Dynamics GP software, following best practices for deploying these solutions to our existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure the solution according to the analysis, adhering to industry standards by adding modules;
• Create internal training documents for the client and train the client to become a super user of the system in place;
• Manage a high volume of client requests and prioritize them;
• Support the client throughout the configuration, customization, testing, and launch phases to ensure they understand the new processes in place;
• Collaborate with the support team and resolve more complex cases.

Qualifications and skills

EDUCATION

• University degree (Bachelor’s) in Business Administration.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in implementing management solutions;
• Experience as a super user of Microsoft Dynamics solutions is an asset.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Occasional travel to client sites.

SKILLS
