The role

You love technologies or worked on an implementation project and enjoyed the experience? Looking forward to a new challenge?

JOVACO is looking for someone with accounting or administrative experience, an interest in the implementation of ERP financial solutions, and the ability to form trustworthy relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse and stimulating projects in the professional services industry. This person will meet our clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and find solutions that meet their criteria and objectives. They will participate to the entire cycle of our ERP implementations, from the initial analysis to the go-live.

The product

Designed for professional services and project-based firms, our project management solution JOVACO Project offers all the modules they need to complete their daily tasks. The integration to the ERP system offers real-time visibility on project costs, revenue and profitability. Some of the largest firms in Quebec use it, and several JOVACO Project features and modules have been developed in partnership with them to meet the actual needs of Quebec firms. The ERP implementation consultant will have to fully understand the possibilities offered by the solution to oversee its implementation and suggest current best business practices.

Your skills

• Baccalaureate in administration;
• 1 year of experience in the professional services industry and with a project accounting system;
• OR relevant experience in administration and accounting (e.g. having participated to an internal ERP implementation project);
• OR 1 year of experience with the implementation of other software solutions;
• Recent Microsoft certifications (asset);
• Leadership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills;
• Spoken and written French and English.
