First Meeting for AQT’s Manufacturing Network of Excellence
JOVACO is part of the Réseau d’excellence manufacturier (Manufacturing Network of Excellence), an initiative by the Quebec Technology Association (AQT), which met up on May 15 at the Saint James’s Club in Montreal. As a member of the network, we are proud to contribute to the development of Quebec manufacturing firms by providing them with robust business management solutions that can support their operations. With the funding currently available, it’s the right time to invest in a new system or improve an existing one, and JOVACO is there to support firms throughout the acquisition and implementation process to ensure that they acquire a solution that will help them for years to come.
The AQT is a not-for-profit organization that aims to support the growth and development of firms in the ICT industry in Quebec. The network of excellence was created to provide manufacturing firms with resources, services and competences to solve the various issues that they face. JOVACO brings its expertise in terms of integrated business management systems, whether for finances, customer relations, services or manufacturing.
Quebec SMBs, notably those in the manufacturing industry, invest less in IT than elsewhere in the country and around the world. In other to close this gap, various measures have been put in place by the Quebec government. Grants and tax credits are available to allow manufacturing firms to implement business management solutions that can improve their processes and competitiveness.
