Official Launch of JOVACO POP, Our Project Operations Platform!
JOVACO is proud to introduce JOVACO POP, our brand-new Project Operations Platform!
We have now added a new project progress module to JOVACO Project for Estimation and JOVACO Project for Analytics to provide a complete project operations platform. Project managers can now benefit from a platform fully integrated to JOVACO Project to track the progress of each of their projects.
“Our goal was to create a module simplifying interactions between operations and finances,” explains Yohann Morency, Innovation & Technology Director at JOVACO. “JOVACO POP provides project managers with all the data they need to optimize the management of their mandates via the same standardized interface as TEDI, our timesheet application.”
JOVACO POP expands JOVACO’s offer by giving all teams within an organization the data they need to complete their tasks. This platform makes it possible to track projects in real time as employees enter their hours into their timesheets. Users can then drilldown to detailed costs and invoicing, access web reports, and display supplier and client invoices from a fully integrated environment.
This means project managers don’t have to rely on the administrative team to obtain the information they need. You can create accurate, standardized estimates directly from project templates. Once the estimate has been approved, the project and its structure are automatically created in Microsoft Dynamics GP and JOVACO Project. You can then track their progress, budgets, and costs directly from the project operations platform.
