Artificial Intelligence the Star of Microsoft Business Applications Summit
JOVACO was recently in Atlanta, Georgia, to attend the Microsoft Business Applications Summit on June 10 and 11 at the Georgia World Congress Centre. These two days of conference offered 200 sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps and Microsoft Flow). Artificial intelligence was at the heart of many of the new features and improvements announced, opening up exciting possibilities for organizations.
Upcoming developments for the Power Platform in particular are very exciting. AI Builder, a new Power Platform capability, leverages artificial intelligence to automate processes, predict outcomes, and let you create your own AI models for increased business insights. Other functionalities will increase the analytical capabilities of the Power Platform with object detection and form processing, for example, while PowerApps Portals will make it possible to share apps with users outside your organization, such as clients and partners.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 too will benefit from new improvements and features. Ideal for managers, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and Sales Insights are new portals that use artificial intelligence to empower users with better visibility on key metrics for better decisions. New AI features have also been announced for Microsoft Power BI, while improvements will facilitate the deployment of PowerApps and Microsoft Flow in user environments.
And these are only a few of the upcoming developments and features! Microsoft’s commitment to innovations such as AI opens up new and exciting possibilities for businesses, and we were pleased to learn more while also having a chance to connect with the rest of the Microsoft Dynamics community.
