New Features Available with the Latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Update

The latest update from Microsoft Dynamics 365 is now available, offering several new functionalities and improvements. Some existing features have also been enhanced to ensure an even more intuitive and user-friendly experience. As such, organizations can manage all aspects of their business from a single application with more ease than ever.

The most anticipated feature was certainly Microsoft Relationship Sales, the first step in the integration resulting from LinkedIn’s acquisition by Microsoft. An advanced integration of LinkedIn and Dynamics 365 data makes it possible to build even stronger relationships with clients and suppliers while also increasing productivity, as users will now have quick access to all the information they need to perform their tasks.

Among the other features that have been released, a unified and responsive interface is also available for all products Dynamics 365, across all platforms. By facilitating the completion of operations and tasks, this new interface will improve user productivity and adoption rates. Several other new functionalities are also available, for instance, new solutions specifically developed for the management of human resources and retail, activity timelines, optimised business workflows, and an improved Web client.
