New Version of JOVACO’s Planning & Control Module Launched

Version 1.5 of our Planning & Control module, which is part of our project management solution JOVACO Suite, has recently been launched. By providing improved insights into schedules and workloads, this module makes it possible to optimize the use and efficiency of resources, ensuring that all teams work at full capacity to maximize productivity and the number of billable hours.

This new version includes several new features and improvements, such as the following:

  • Redesign of workload and capacity calculations: Calculations are carried out a lot more effectively and are now identical in all views.
  • Activity allocations can be moved around the simple-project planner more easily: It is now possible to drag-and-drop allocations to a new timeslot or from one resource to another. For more accuracy, a dialog box can also be used.
  • Redesign of planner background colors: Resource workloads can be reviewed at a glance: green indicates an optimal workload, while red and white indicate overload and underload, respectively.
