JOVACO Project Suite now compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016

JOVACO is proud to announce that its project management solution Project Suite is now available for Microsoft Dynamics 2016. As such we continue to provide our clients with applications that incorporate the latest technologies to ensure an always improving management of all aspects of their organization.

On top of including several fixes, the most recent version of Project Suite brings a host of new features, such as:

  • Tracking Codes
    Tracking codes have been included so that you can follow your projects more closely. These new metrics can be also added to several of your favorite SmartLists.
  • Email Invoices
    It is now possible to send invoices by email from the Professional Invoicing module, thanks to the integration to XpertDoc Emailer.
  • Adjustment from Project Suite to TEDI.SL
    Adjustment transactions are automatically reflected in the transferred timesheet when posted, so that TEDI.SL will continuously be synchronized with any changes made in Project Suite.
  • Project Tracking View for Project Managers
    Project managers can now track the progress of their projects and review data from week to week, all from within their timesheet.
  • Notification Management
    With the notification management functionality, emails can be sent to timesheet users to remind them to submit their timesheet and expense report or to approve the timesheets of resources under their responsibility. Messages are entirely customizable to meet the needs of your organization.
  • Leave Requests
    Employees can submit a leave request directly from their timesheet. Timesheet approval can also be done from within the application.
  • In/Out Time by Task
    To better monitor your employees’ time, this feature has been added to make it possible to input the clock in and out times for a specific task. This option can be set as mandatory for your resources.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 was released on May 1, 2016. This latest version includes a new HTML5 Web client that allows the use of the application from several devices for an improved user experience. More than 35 other improvements and new integrations also help fulfill the needs of organizations of all sizes, such as the integration to Power BI, all-in-one views gathering related documents together, and workflows for the management and approval of emails.
