JOVACO Solutions obtains Silver Cloud CRM competency
JOVACO Solutions, Microsoft Value-Added Reseller since 1999, is proud to announce that it recently obtained the Silver Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency from Microsoft, rewarding its cloud successes and adding to its already large array of Microsoft recognitions and awards accumulated over the years.

In order to obtain the Silver competency for Cloud CRM, a partner must have installed at least 150 licenses in the last year, possess certain technical certifications that have been acquired by staff members and have customer references based on specific tasks outlined by Microsoft. As such, JOVACO Solutions shows once again the extent of its experience and skills, as it already boasts the Gold ERP, Silver CRM and Silver Data Analytics competencies.
The competencies and certifications offered by Microsoft to its partners help end-users identify the vendors with the appropriate skills to deliver the services and products that they require.
