Thank you, Diane!

All good things come to an end: after taking care of our clients for nearly 35 years, Diane Coutu is retiring!

Diane joined JOVACO’s team in its early days and worked at various levels within the company, becoming a veritable pillar of our activities. She went on to dedicate herself to clients, her true passion, and as such, contributed to our success by offering exceptional service to our clients. She also instituted our user groups and various JOVACO events taking place at Microsoft’s office, and presented new products to clients. She was also in charge of supervising sales, software purchases, contracts and follow-ups with our clients.

In so doing, Diane acted as liaison between JOVACO and our clients and providers for numerous years, always ensuring optimal communication with them. Thanks to her passion for client relations and her interpersonal and listening skills, she was the right person to respond to our clients’ various requests and attend to their needs with a service that is both personalized and attentive. Such a contribution cannot be replaced easily, but we are working hard to ensure a smooth transition in order to minimize the impact on our clients.

We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for her priceless contribution and wish her a relaxing and well-deserved retirement!
