Project Control is the core module within JOVACO's project accounting software. Integrated to Microsoft Dynamics GP Financial ERP solution, the Project Control module incorporates all the functionalities to define and relate project concepts (projects, phases, budgets, resources, charge-out/cost rates utilization, etc...) to financial practices (general ledger, profit & loss, A/R, A/P, etc...)

JOVACO's Resource Planning module allows your Project Managers to plan projects and allocate resources to the tasks that have to be completed over a defined period.  Project progress is monitored by comparing percentages of your projects estimated to actual completed.  JOVACO's Resource Planning module is fully integrated with the Project Suite, TEDI and Microsoft Dynamics GP software.  This integration enables you create links between the organizational and administrative aspect of your business.

The Time and Expense (TEDI) module allows each employee to enter their time and expenses and then have them directly distributed into the Project Control and/or Payroll modules, therefore ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. This module has internet based functionalities which allow employees to enter their time & expense data from anywhere in the world with any operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix, MacOs).

The flexibility of the Professional Invoicing module is the ideal tool to meet diverse client billing requirements, while managing your own contract terms (time & material, progress billing, cost-plus, etc...). 

Project Manufacturing provides a flexible solution that can track and measure changes to your processes that may occur during the engineering and manufacturing phases.  This enables you to make immediate corrections to your projects that will keep your project on track and budget.

The Procurement module allows you to automate the management of purchase requisitions and quotation requests to vendors to ultimately reduce the number of omissions and errors.  This offers you the possibility to manage product lists and vendor services as well as the latest prices obtained to accelerate the purchase processes.  This will facilitate the control of goods, management of delivery dates as well as alleviate issues with returns and invoicing to vendors.

Web Reports is an application that enables Project Managers to review information and track the status of multiple projects that they are currently working on. The History of Project Suite

 

JOVACO was the first firm in Quebec to offer a software that integrates project accounting with financial management. JOVACO Project Suite was first developed in 1987.
